Because campaign contributions are subject to Oregon elections reporting requirements, we'll need:

Your full legal name
Your primary residential address
Your phone number and/or email address
Your occupation (“not employed” if retired, student, etc.)
Your employer's legal name & the city & state of their physical location.

Contributions will help fund the campaign's costs for printing, mailing, voter outreach, yard signs and meetings.
